The laminated glass is made with the following processes to put the transparent or colored (milky, green, bronze or patterned color)PVB layer between two or multiple layers of glass by the advance special equipment, then to have them pre-heated and hot-briqueted in the autoclave. It can be used in producing many kinds of laminated glass such as the flat and bending laminated glass, anti-explosion glass, bulletproof glass and the ice glass etc.

Property

1.Safety due to the adhesive property of the PVB film, the glass is hardly hit through by shock, and the glass piece shall not fly away easily. AS a result, it has quite high property of anti-thief, anti-riot and bulletproof characters.

2.Energy saving it can save energy because it has excellent property of heat insulation.

3.Sound insulation the PVB film in the laminated glass can resist the sound ,so that it is an Excellent material of sound insulation.

4.Anti-fading property-the PVB film in the laminated glass can block the ultraviolet ray, so it can prevent fading of the indoor furniture and articles.
